So I didn't get a chance to get over to our friends house to take the picture myself of the bike my husband got our daughter for her upcoming birthday!

He was listening to an auction on the radio while working in his 'shop' and ended up bidding on this bike, an Electra Rat Fink "Pink" Chopper Bicycle, and he won it for $300.00!! These bikes are generally $599.00 and up!

Soooo, it's at our friends house til Audrey's birthday, but how much do ya wanna bet that Bill won't be able to wait that long to give it to her?! By the way, her birthday is July 29th and she'll be 12. *smiles*

This is our own personal recycling "center" ... big green can for yard trimmings, blue for paper, cans, bottles, etc., and lastly, gray for burial garbage. And nope, we don't get a discount for all this extra work on our part but we know in our hearts it's helping our enviroment!

#10 EXPENSIVE

The 18' Sweetwater pontoon, '97 Seadoo & '06 Yamaha Waverunner water scooters, and motorhome are kept under a huge shed on 20'x40' concrete pad in our backyard. The water scooters are the toys used most in the summer on the local lakes. The pontoon has a removeable, enclosed vinyl cabin so Bill can use the 12v heater and fish in the winter. The motorhome is a '05 Jayco Seneca 35HD with three slides that we go out in as often as possible. The best thing? They're all PAID for!

P.S. We have a "goin' to Colorado" road trip coming up in July!

At my hubby's request for me to make potatoe salad, when checking these spuds, I remembered we needed a 'water spy', so I grabbed my camera and snapped a pic of 'em bubbling (and ready to come off the stove!)

I feel I'm not as talented as most in picture taking ... but this is fun for me anyway!

We have been on the Weight Watchers program, hence the dessert box ... ironically, sitting on the kitchen counter is my Ice Cream Truck cookie jar ... and several months ago, my husband clipped this cartoon from the newpaper and and gave it to me ...

How I laughed as this is SO him! He is awful with portion control!
I put packing tape over it and placed it on the fridge door, and I still grin each time I see it ... I hope this'll give you a chuckle, too!
